At Silhouette by Grech we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a biweekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance

Display

We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. We are well aware that our pictures are on various so-called sites and social media pages, who repeatedly use our photographs to sell low quality look alike of our clothing. We want to clarify that none of those pictures are approved for their use and we are taking action against these copyright infringements. Furthermore, all images, photographs, and promotional graphics appearing on the Silhouette by Grech website are the exclusive property of Silhouette by Grech and are protected under the United States and International

Copyright laws. The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of Silhouette by Grech use of any image, photograph and promotional graphic (digital, artist rendering or alike) on another eCommerce property, social media page, blog, or news source not affiliated with Silhouette by Grech without proper written consent is a violation of the United States and International Copyright laws.

Return Policy

We provide REFUNDS under the circumstances stated below:
If customer requires a refund for their order they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. Customer will have 5 days from the date of delivery to return their item. If client does not submit a return request or submits for return but does not ship out item in the 5 day period item is final sale and customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Silhouette by Grech
In order to receive store credit the item must be returned in perfect conditions.

Including but not limited to:
• No stains of any kind including but not limited to lotions, gels, oils, sweat, grease, etc.
• Hooks or Zippers must be in perfect conditions.
• Item must not have any damages including but not limited to holes or any type of tear.
• Item must have tag attached. If tag is removed or unattached item is not eligible for store credit.
• Item’s packaging must be in perfect conditions.
• Item must not have any foul odor or perfume.

After returned items are inspected and meet the return requirements (as stated above) returns are refunded only in store credit in the form of a personal code that customer can apply at time of checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds if items do not meet return requirements. Once Silhouette by Grech receives package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Silhouette by Grech. Returns are processed within 3-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us!

Please note: We ask customers to please make sure they’re free of any body products and bodily fluid (sweat, grease, etc.) before trying on their shape-wear. Please ensure to package each order separately, as you received them. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will not be eligible. Furthermore, Silhouette by Grech is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
